Ralph S. Richardson is a licensed California insurance advisor serving families and individuals across the state, from his Santa Rosa office. He built his practice the slow way — one relationship at a time, largely by referral — on a simple promise: explain things honestly, act in the client’s interest, and never sell under pressure. He founded the agency in 2023 and works as an independent California broker-agent — free to shop the market in your interest rather than represent any single company.
Why I do this work
Insurance is something most people are sold, not taught — and I’d rather teach. When you understand what a policy actually does, and what it doesn’t, you make a better decision and you keep it for the right reasons. That’s the whole job to me: make it clear, make it honest, and let you decide.
How I work with clients
I start by explaining — clearly, patiently, and in your interest — so you can make a confident decision. No instant quotes and no pressure: we begin with a conversation about what actually fits. I work alongside Heather Rose and a small, dedicated service team, so you always have a real person to call.
